A Little About Me

Hi, my name is Angie Frugé. I’m a certified Personal Trainer, STOTT Pilates Instructor, and yoga teacher who blends strength, functional movement, and mindful awareness to help clients move and feel their best.

Originally from Deer Park, Texas, I served four years in the U.S. Air Force, where I learned the value of discipline and consistency—principles that now shape my approach to health and movement.

My yoga journey began as a way to manage pain and stress and evolved into a path of healing and self-awareness. Living with scoliosis has deepened my understanding of alignment and inspired my study of the fascia system—the connective web linking every part of the body. This work has shown me how breath, the nervous system, and emotion all work together to create balance and ease.

Now living in Driggs, Idaho, I offer private sessions tailored to each person’s structure, goals, and lifestyle. My teaching goes beyond exercise—it’s about confidence, awareness, and feeling at home in your body.

Outside the studio, I enjoy nature, quiet mornings with my cat Luna, and life’s simple adventures with my boyfriend, Sam. I truly believe that movement is medicine, and that learning to feel at home in your body is one of the most powerful forms of healing there is.
